Shipping policy

All packages are shipped via UPS ground within the Midwest- Shipments outside the Midwest will receive their product via 2 Day UPS. Shipments will ship Monday-Wednesday for most* destinations.

*During the hot summer months we will ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only*

Newman Farm uses ice packs for each shipment based on distance, time and overall contents that are being shipped.

Food should arrive at destination frozen or beginning to thaw. Food is safe to consume, or refreeze if product is “refrigerator cold” at time of delivery.

We guarantee satisfaction for all of our products and will gladly replace products that have been damaged or overly thawed during shipment at no additional charge.

All shipments are hand packed with special care in insulated re-usable coolers enclosed in a cardboard box. We use ice packs for shipments.

Order must be received by 10:00 am CST for same day shipping. We encourage that orders be placed ASAP to help us better serve you.

You are responsible to provide the proper information for the delivery of the product within the 2-day period that is required for the perishable content. Newman Farm is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen after the delivery confirmation is received.
