Each share includes approximately 35-40 pounds of delicious Heritage Berkshire Pork:

6 pounds bacon- (choice of pepper, regular, or mixed, 1 pound jowl bacon),

6 bone-in ribeye chops

2 porterhouse chops

1 country rib roast

1 rack of St. Louis ribs

8 pounds of ground pork

4 pounds sausage- choice of: mild, hot, maple links, andouille, Italian or kielbasa

1 pack of osso bucco or cured ham hocks
